CWE Condo Renovation

After downsizing to a condo in the Central West End, my client realized that the space he purchased had a few issues- one of them being that it was totally outdated and you had the sense that you were in a retirement villa, which, my client was definitely not ready for. Needless to say, I had my way with the space- first, taking out walls that created inconvenient spacial issues. Then going wild and creating a masculine yet refined environment by layering textures and finishes; adding new ebonized wood floors, silk grasscloth wall covering, gutting the kitchen yet not designing a space too modern (to satisfy his innate traditional sensibilities) and giving the entire place a JLID touch without loosing him in the design concept. And, after moving to the city from T&C, it became his new cosmopolitan bachelor pad.
